Do you remember a time when everything appeared to overwhelm you? Things were way too much for you and you just couldn’t cope.

What did you do? Were you calm and collecting or wildly flailing around?

When I was in my teens, I enjoyed swimming and attended a life savers class. One thing that was impressed upon me is that if you are rescuing a drowning man then they have to be calm. If they are flailing around and panicking then attempting a rescue will not only endanger them, but you too.

It occurred to me recently that it’s not just drowning people who flail around. When you are dealing with major issues in your life you have a tendency to flail around wildly too.

Trouble is, as you are doing this, you are slapping away the hands that are trying to help you.

When you are in the midst of a crises, of any sort, take deep breaths from your stomach and stop. Stop worrying, stop panicking, stop trying to work out a solution and just be for a while.

From this vantage point in the eye of the storm, you will be able see the helping hands around you. You’ll be able to see the people who want to help and are trying to help who you’ve been pushing away. You’ll be able to see new ideas and opportunities that can help you out of it.

If someone you know is in this unresourceful state of panic, then, just as in the movies, you need to give them a slap to break their state so they can be more resourceful. This is usually, by the way, a metaphorical slap not a physical one. This could be through words, actions or showing them something. Do something outrageous and shocking that brings them to their senses.

I have one particular friend who recently entered this state. When he did he pushed everyone away who was trying to help.

I chose to give him a slap. I went to see him and told him the truth, unencumbered by niceties. I told him things exactly as they were, exactly how he was behaving.

Oddly enough he stopped in his tracks and looked stunned. Then suddenly his face changed and he hugged me and said, “Thank you, I’ve been such an ass”.

(For those that are interested, he then went on to deal with his problems and accept help from the people around him who cared for him).

We are all manifesting reality. The only problem is we are manifesting unconsciously and by default. When we learn how the natural laws work we can start to manifest on purpose and experience the reality we want.

So you want to know how to manifest reality, right? Actually you're already doing it. You're creating reality every second of every minute of every hour of every day. But I suspect you don't like what you are creating.

And you know why? Its because you're creating by default. What do I mean by that. What I mean is this. You're manifesting reality but are unaware of what, or how you're creating, so you think you don't know how to manifest reality.

However the thruth is you're already manifesting reality.

You are manifesting what is already in your subconscious. Most of what is stored there is junk, that's why the reality you experience everyday is junk.

It's a question of what you put in, you put out. So where does all the junk come from? Well it comes from your past.
Since the time you were young you have been collecting all kinds of stuff, some good others not so good. Again not consciously but unconsciously, because you were not aware of it. However the fact of the matter is that your subconscious is like a tape recorder.

It records all your experiences irrespective of whether they are good or bad, and here comes the part that this article is about. It plays out those experiences in our lives and we call that manifesting reality.

In other words, the question "how to manifest reality" is answered right there. The subconscious doesn't discriminate in any way or use any kind of filter.

It records whatever it hears, translate YOU HEAR, it sees translate YOU SEE, it experiences, translate YOU EXPERIENCE.
So this also explains why you get what you get.

Here's another twist to how to manifest reality. You see, something happens whenever you experience events attracted to you by your subconscious.

What happens is this. The experience bothers you. It bothers you so much that you find yourself unable to keep your mind of it. And what happens next is this: that experience or something similar to it is repeated in your life.

Let me give you an example. Lets say you had a bad childhood and experienced things like rejection. Now what happens is that the episode of rejection is recorded in your subconscious, meaning that you experience more rejection which is attracted by your subconscious.

So, everytime you're rejected you feel real bad. You wonder why.

You dwell on it. You become angry and bitter. You blame those who rejected you. Sometimes you hate them and vow to pay them back.

And you know what? That experience happens again.

Now, I have explained to you how to manifest reality, actually how you manifest reality. But that was more reality by default.

Creating your ideal reality, in other words, the things you want, is a more conscious effort.

It requires that you first gain the awareness that you're ultimately a powerful being and the creator of your reality, whether good or bad.

You need to realize that whatever you see on the outside is an accurate reflection of what is on the inside. Stop blaming other people, they are just instruments who fulfill the wishes of your subconscious.

If you want to change your outer reality, you need to change what is on the inside.

To create your ideal reality, focus on the things you want, not on the things you don't want, even if that's what is happening right now. Because if you don't your currently reality will persist.

Tomorrow is created today. So focus on what you want today and tomorrow you'll have what you want.

That in a nutshell, is how to manifest reality.

The dishwasher is a great appliance to have in your kitchen household. The key feature of these machines is to automatically wash dishes; all you have to do is place the dishes inside, add detergent, set the washing cycle and turn it on. Minutes later, you'll have sparkling, squeaky clean dishes that are ready to be used again. Newer dishwashers even feature microprocessors and sensors that control how long the cycle lasts and how much water should be used to clean the current amount of dishes.

Technology will always build and improve on existing inventions, but who will make them more stylish and elegant? That's where the GE Monogram dishwashers come in. GE Monogram appliances have a key characteristic of being designed for both visual appeal and practical use. As such, a GE Monogram dishwasher will keep your kitchen up with the times while adding a more attractive view in your household.

The GE Monogram dishwashers are also designed with ease of use in mind. The controls are easy to use, whether your control device is the mechanical dial or the electronic push buttons. You simply have to turn the knob or press the corresponding buttons to set the options to your liking, and then away it goes.

The inside of these dishwashers contain a special lighting. Xenon lights will illuminate the interior of the machine as you open it so that you can check its handiwork quickly and thoroughly. With this lighting, there's no doubt in your mind that the dishes have been rinsed and washed as you peer inside and find no water spots or residue.

Speaking of water spots and residue, the CleanSensor technology that lies within GE Monogram dishwashers is what keeps the dishes spotless. The sensor monitors the water temperature, dish load and soil levels in each cycle. Once these things are determined, it makes the necessary adjustments to ensure that the dishes are cleaned thoroughly.

When in use, the GE Monogram dishwashers run smoothly and quietly. The noise level is kept down to a minimum so it doesn't bother you or anyone else in the house. Holding a quiet conversation is possible while the dishwasher does its job.

If you're in the market for a new dishwasher, consider the GE Monogram appliance line. Although they may appear to be expensive, the price is well worth it. The performance and design will not let you down.
